By accessing and using STR8PATH services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
STR8PATH provides transportation, delivery, and general assistance services throughout the United States. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Personal and business transportation
- Same-day and scheduled delivery services
- General errand and assistance services
3. Service Availability
Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. Service availability may be affected by weather, traffic, and other conditions beyond our control.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before service commencement. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
- Be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Ensure all items for delivery are properly packaged
- Not request transport of prohibited items
- Treat our service providers with respect
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport or deliver:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials
- Weapons or explosives
- Live animals (without prior arrangement)
- Items exceeding size or weight limits
8. Liability Limitations
STR8PATH maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all services. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of items or the maximum coverage amount, whichever is less. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STR8PATH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the state where the service was provided.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which services are rendered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
